The research of the Land Use Futures Lab is focused in three areas listed below.  In each of these areas we use a variety of techniques to understand, analyze and present information on complex interactions between land use and environmental values.  In each of these three areas you will find examples of projects using GIS, and modeling as well as environmental and policy assessments and behavioral research.
